Membership Terms & Policy
Membership Terms & Conditions
- Membership cards must be topped up in advance. The minimum top-up amount for each transaction is HK$300 for Regular Members, HK$500 for Premium Members, HK$800 for VIP Members, HK$1,200 for Platinum Members and HK$1,500 for Gold Members. All top-up amounts and remaining balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All stored value must be used within one year from the date of each top-up; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
- Members may upgrade their membership tier by topping up the required amount and enjoy the benefits of the upgraded tier. However, once upgraded, members can no longer top up their membership card based on the previous lower membership tier amount.
- Member privileges and discounts are not applicable to delivery services and selected promotional products.
- Original Taste Workshop reserves the right to verify the identity of the membership card holder.
- Original Taste Workshop reserves the right to amend these Membership Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Personal information provided by applicants will only be used for Original Taste Workshop's administration purposes and for providing membership services. Such information may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the delivery of membership services.
- In the event of a lost membership card, members should notify Original Taste Workshop as soon as possible to minimise the risk of unauthorised use of the stored balance. Members are also required to apply for a replacement membership card, subject to a HK$20 replacement fee. Upon replacement, the remaining balance and accumulated points recorded in Original Taste Workshop's system will be transferred to the new membership card.
- If a member did not provide sufficient valid identification information during membership registration, such as a personal contact number, Original Taste Workshop may not be able to provide replacement services for a lost membership card. Any stored balance and points associated with the lost card cannot be recovered. Original Taste Workshop shall not be responsible for, or provide compensation for, any loss of stored value or points resulting from a lost membership card.
- In the event of any dispute, Original Taste Workshop reserves the right of final decision.
